What is a Crown Small Group Study?

Crown Small Group Study is a 12-week Bible Study which is remarkably effective in training people to apply the financial principles from the Bible to their everyday life. The course is designed to be led by Crown Small Group Leaders. Crown has also developed outstanding studies, for teens, ages 13 - 19, children, ages 8 - 12, college students and young adults, which we will implement in the near future.

In the Crown study you will learn what Scripture teaches about managing all your possessions. These topics are included:

 

Getting Out of Debt	Budgeting
Spending	Giving
Saving	Investing
Training Children	Who owns it

The study is very practical. Each time you learn a principle, there is a financial exercise to help you apply what you have learned. For example, you will complete a debt repayment schedule, establish fnancial goals, and start a budget.

Requirements: The small groups meet once a week for two hours for 12 weeks. A student must attend a minimum of 10 classes to graduate. Approximately 2 hours of preparation is required outside of class per week. Participants complete homework assignment, memorize a Scripture verse, and pray for one another daily.

The cost of the study is nominal. Students in the adult study receive a Student Manual, the Practical Application Workbook, and a copy of "Your Money Counts". Married couples receive two Student Manuals.

Material fee is $45 for individual and $55 for married couples.
