Phone Tree Sign-up

The phone tree is an important communications tool for the council. The large number of Knights that showed up for the group photo is testament to that fact. The phone tree will also be activated when important events of general concern to the council at large need to be communicated to all Knights of Council 3910.

There are about 250 phone numbers of Knights currently registered in Council 3910. Obviously, the more volunteers, the fewer phone calls each volunteer would make. E-mail contact with volunteers is preferable, but not necessary. Volunteers of 10 phone calls are very welcome, The calls will be divided from the .XLS file and be e-mailed to you or given to you in print at a meeting. From past history, this would be limited to major events within the council and the time demand for volunteers would be minimal. As a phone tree volunteer, you would also be among the first to know about any current important issue within the council.
